We are delighted to advise that the practice will be entering the second phase of opening by introducing routine dental appointments.
During lock-down the Ferndale team were happy to provide advice and care for nearly 200 patients that were experiencing dental problems.
From the beginning of June we have been conducting face to face consultation providing urgent dental care and treatment to our patients. The team at Ferndale have worked very hard and implemented changes to our working practices to ensure the safety of our patients and the team.
Our reception team will be contacting patients who’s appointments we had to cancel following guidance from our governing bodies and offering an appointment. We will also be contacting patients who are due for their routine examination to offer an appointment.
We will be working hard to reduce the backlog of outstanding appointments to minimise disruption to our patients and we thank you in advance for the support and patients in this troubling time.
